The left and right arrows switch whether to set the laser output power or the temperature. The up and down arrows are used to adjust the size of the corresponding parameters. After the setting is complete, turn the switch key to ON. The Active indicator lights up and the laser starts to output. The test data report. The spectrogram when the temperature is set to 60℃. This laser adopts all-fiber laser technology, professionally designed and driven temperature control circuit and control to ensure ...

IR Laser System 1047nm 100mW MM Fiber Laser

Image
CivilLaser 's Lab laser instructions, we take 1047nm 100mW Fiber coupled laser as an example. Operation instructions: First unscrew the protective cover on the laser exit hole. This is also the interface for connecting the optical fiber. Turn the red button to ON, this is the power switch. Turn the key to ON, this is the laser switch, turn ON for laser output. The light spot can be seen on the infrared photosensitive plate, and the laser has been outputting infrared laser normally. Install the fiber. The o ptical fiber is pluggable, and the FC/PC interface is used here. Check the effect of the laser output from the fiber end. This is a 1047nm fiber coupled laser. The fiber is pluggable. The default is 200μm FC/PC multimode fiber, and other types of fiber can be customized. Rotate the Adjustor knob on the power supply to adjust the current, the value of the current displayed on the LED, the greater the current, the greater the output laser power. There are 3 working modes of CW/T...

UV and Green Lasers

Image
Coherent Inc. has added the 355-55 UV and 532-80 green models to its AVIA line of industrial lasers. The lasers extend and improve the performance of microprocessing applications in microelectronics, photovoltaics and related industries. Specifically, the 355-55 features a high pulse repetition rate of 150 kHz, resulting in an average power of 55 W at 355 nm. The 532-80 produces 1-mJ pulse energy at a power of 532 nm, which, together with a maximum pulse repetition rate of 80 kHz, translates into an average power of 80 W. UV lasers are used for cutting flex substrates and thin printed circuit boards where higher lateral resolution are a critical consideration. The higher power now available from the 355-55 will extend these cutting capabilities to >200 µm flex and multilayer materials. The 532-80 green lasers are used for scribing films, drilling holes and slots, and cutting flex substrates that efficiently absorb green wavelengths including certain printed circuit board su...
