1085nm 2000mW IR Fiber Laser Source

Image
Today our laboratory tested a 1085nm 2W infrared fiber-coupled laser.   There are 3 working modes to choose from: CW/TTL/Analog on the back of the power supply. Let's check it now. 1085nm is an infrared laser, and the spot is invisible to our naked eyes. The light spot can be captured by the camera. We can also use an infrared detection card to observe the laser spot. Through the sponge test, we can see that its power is high and smoke will come out when touched. The laser head and power supply are labeled with model numbers. Please check whether the model numbers are consistent. 1085nm fiber-coupled laser is becoming an important tool in industrial manufacturing and scientific research with its unique technical advantages and broad application prospects. With the continuous advancement of technology and the continuous expansion of the market, it is believed that this laser will play a more important role in future development.

532nm DPSS Laser at 5W: Performance Evaluation and Experimental Analysis

Image
The 532nm DPSS laser is a high-performance solid-state laser that uses diode pumping technology to produce stable, high-power green light output at a wavelength of 532 nanometers. This laser is widely used in scientific research, industrial processing, biomedicine, and communications for its excellent beam quality and high energy conversion efficiency. Whether high-precision cutting, drilling or fine marking is required, the 532nm 5W DPSS laser can provide a reliable and efficient solution. Its compact design and long-life pump diode make this laser an ideal choice for various applications. This is a 2024 new model 532nm 5W high quality DPSS laser. The new laser has better heat dissipation and better stability than the 2023 model. It supports both CW and modulation working modes.  The laser needs to be preheated for about 20 seconds before laser output can be generated. Adjust the laser output power to the maximum. It is TEM00 spot, and the beam quality is very good. The b...

523.5nm 50mW DPSS Laser TEM00 Laser Spot

Image
Today we are introducing a 523.5nm green diode pumped solid-state laser. A 523.5nm DPSS laser is a laser that emits light at a wavelength of 523.5nm. It is a green laser that is used in a wide range of applications such as laboratory and industrial applications. The power output of this laser adjustable ranges from 1mW to 50mW. The spot mode is TEM00, the beam quality is very good. Both 523.5nm and 532nm are green DPSS lasers. The light spots are all in TEM00 mode . 532nm is the most common green laser. Today we will provide a detailed introduction to the 523.5nm laser. Please watch the video below. Compared with 532nm laser, 523.5nm laser has narrower line width, better optical performance and higher stability.  The rotary button on the power supply can adjust the working current, thereby adjusting the output power. 523.5nm 50mW dpss laser spot. 532nm 1W green laser beam. 532nm 10W high power dpss laser strong green laser beam.

543nm 100mW Fiber Laser Source Green Laser Beam

Image
This is a 543nm solid state laser system . The output power is 100mW, it can be adjusted by the rotary button on the power supply. There are 3 working modes for the laser to choose from. Select the working mode CW/TTL/Analog by the sliding button on the back of the power supply.  The red button is the power switch. The key is a laser switch. The middle LCD shows the current working current. The rotary button on the right is to adjust the current size.   This laser coupled a 1000μm, 3 meters in length, SMA905 interface fiber, and its can be customized. The effect of laser output from the fiber port:

543nm 10mW TEM00 DPSS Laser Lab Laser System

Image
It's a 543nm 10mW DPSS laser system . The back of the laser head is equipped with a cooling fan. There are 3 working modes available on the back of the laser power supply, CW, TTL and Analog. The red button is pressed to be ON, and the power is turned on. When the safety key is turned ON, laser output starts at this time. Rotate the'Adjustor' button and turn it clockwise to increase the current, thereby increasing the laser output power. Let's check it now. The center wavelength is 542.8nm. And its spot is perfectly round, it is TEM00 mode.

It's a  3000mW 532nm DPSS laser system . It's customized into a line laser. We added line lens, and the fan angle is 30°. The focal length is customized at 2 meters, and the light is the smallest at 2m. Installation is very simple. First, connect the laser head and laser power supply, then connect the AC power cord. Let's check it now. The green line laser beam .

The Development Tend of Semiconductor Lasers

Image
China's laser industry has a strong geographical distribution. The Pearl River Delta region represented by Shenzhen mainly uses medium and small power laser processing equipment, while the Central China region represented by Wuhan Optical Valley is on the product line. More comprehensive, covering large, medium and small power equipment. In addition to these two largest industrial clusters, the Yangtze River Delta, the Bohai Rim region, and the emerging Northeast Industrial Zone have all formed a relatively complete laser industry belt. Industry upgrades laser processing equipment demand is greater Where is the future of semiconductor lasers? With the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry to high-end and intelligent, the market for laser equipment  processing and application has been expanding. Moore, one of the founders of Moore's Law, made a prediction in 1965 that semiconductors will be developed at a high speed, and the electronic society w...
